AI: 5.1 Surround, Binaural HD Audio Tracks information and recording process

The experimental concept behind this track was to simulate or "imagine" what AI might construct when fed disparate musical sources. A polyrhythmic Buchla synthesizer sequence juxtaposed against organic instruments such as an acoustic bass, jazz drum kit and hand percussion which culminates in an elclectic mashup that defies any single genre of music.

The Binaural mix was created using a Neumann KU-100 Binuaral microphone recording the output of an analog console capturing the audio mix through the studio control room monitors. The Binaural mix is intended to be listened to in headphones.
